How do you choose
an appropriate tenant?
We go to great lengths to ensure we secure
you the best quality of tenant.
One of the reasons we open homes for
inspection is so our property managers can meet the prospective
tenants to get a feel for the way they present and conduct
themselves.
We insist that a property is viewed before
accepting an application, to ensure the tenant is fully aware of
the condition of the property prior commencement.
We have the prospective applicant complete a
detailed application form, including employment details, current
/ previous rental details and personal references attesting to
the persons character.
Each referee is asked a series of questions
to ensure we know as much as possible about the applicant and
their circumstances (in compliance with the Privacy Act).
Once applicants have satisfied our criteria,
we contact you to put forward any applicants, of course advising
you of our preferred applicant/s. You have the final decision on
the person going into your property so if you are not satisfied,
we keep searching!
Our office is very careful not to
discriminate, so every single enquiry is given the opportunity
to view and apply for the property, we then assess suitability
and make sure they meet our criteria.
