How do tenants
pay rent?
We offer the tenants a couple of ways to pay
rent:
(a) cash over the counter at any ANZ
branch
(b) cheque over the counter at any ANZ
branch
(c) Direct deposit
These options ensure the tenant complete
accessibility to our account 24 hours a day 7 days a week and
eliminate excuses of being unable to “get into the office to pay”.
All rent is held in our trust account and then accounted to you
at the end of the month.
