What happens if
there is maintenance?
If your tenant reports maintenance to our
office, we would contact you to advise of the issue and a
suggest a solution.
We have tradesman on our database for every
situation and because of our good relationships with them, they
usually complete work very quickly and cost efficiently.
Some owners choose to give us an expenditure
limit, for example $200. In this case, should the repair cost
$200 or less, we would authorise the work to go ahead. Some
owners prefer to be advised of all maintenance before going
ahead therefore we always contact them for authorisation.
In the case of an “urgent repair” (refer to
the Residential Tenancy Agreement for a list of items classified
as “urgent”), we would try to contact you first, if
unsuccessful, would go about executing the repair quickly and in
the most cost efficient way for you.
