12 years in real estate in the Canberra and Queanbeyan region, and I am still very passionate about property management.  This passion was recognised with 3 REIACT awards:  Property Manager of the Year in 2004, 2007 and again, most recently in 2008.

Your individual management requirements are tailored to suit your needs. The busy professional person may prefer to have us pay all bills relating to the property, approve tenants on your behalf and organise all maintenance, however some owners, prefer a more “hands on” approach, being involved every step of the way.

Utmost care is taken in securing excellent tenants.  We carry out the maximum amount of routine inspections, in accordance with legislation – and we send you copies for your records!  Professional, competitive trades-people are employed for all maintenance.
